Dye Sublimation is an alternative to traditional screen printing or thermal vinyl transfer processes. This durable process allows artwork to be printed directly onto our Premium PolyKnit™ Fabric and can withstand commercial laundry processing. Advantages of using dye sublimation style cloths include the ability to print a full panel (full bleed) and unlimited print creativity (see product examples above). This method also avoids any wrinkling issues that may present themselves on larger vinyl logos.
